In April 11-12, the 2018 International Technology Forum on High-Efficiency Fine Development of Oil and Gas Reservoir was held at the Library Academic Hall. More than 100 experts and scholars at home and abroad attended the forum and conducted in-depth discussions related to the theme of " development and innovation of high-efficiency fine development of oil and gas reservoirs."
The forum was jointly held by SWPU, Colchis Petrol Consulting, and Petrophysics Professional Committee, Chinese Geophysical Society .
Experts at the forum communicated about latest advances in technologies for high-efficiency fine development of oil and gas reservoirs. Ming Zhiliang from Colchis presented on “the most effective development of oil and gas with the assistance of special technologies from core to reservoir”. Huang Xuri, Peng Xiaolong, Zhao Yulong, Duan Yonggang and Xiong Jian from SWPU State Key Lab respectively reported on “reservoir numercial simulation and historical matching with petrophysical constraints”, “establishment of Darcy formula for multi-phase flow on trans-abruput interface and prospective applications”, “studies on coupled simulation of fracture development and production performance of shale gas reservoir fracturing”, “application prospects of high-precision numercial simulation technology in Dadishui reservoir of Tahe Oilfield”, and “two-phase flow simulation of digital core based on lattice Boltzmann method”.
